In this video, Lesley will show you a wonderful yoga workout with wrapping. Wrapping or binding yoga poses are especially effective for releasing the toxins from your body, giving some love to your internal organs, and increasing your overall mobility. There are some really nice shoulder openings you'll get to experience in this routine as well.
This yoga workout lasts 37 minutes and is mostly suited for intermediate yogis who are looking to increase their mobility but also get a great workout and stretch their entire body. There are no overly difficult poses such as inversion or arm balances, so this is a good choice for you if you're looking to avoid those or simply want to spare your wrists for the time being.
It will still be too difficult for complete beginners, though, because previous knowledge of some of the basic yoga poses is still required.
