In this video, Lesley will guide you through an intense yoga workout with a twisted Side Crow pose. It's a well-rounded yoga routine that will help you prepare for advanced poses by building up your upper body strength and improving your arm balance.

The Side Crow is even more challenging than the Crow pose so if you're struggling with either of those two poses, this routine will be a great choice for you. The routine is suitable for intermediate yogis who are able to do arm balances or are very close to being able to do them.

The whole routine revolves around the Side Crow pose and every other pose serves as a preparation for it. The routine includes a thorough warm up so by the time you get to the Side Crow, your body will be in the best possible shape to do it.
