In this video, Tim is back again as a guest on Lesley's channel. He will show you a moderate yoga workout that features a nice lunge flow. This sequence will work your entire body, but it's a really great choice for strengthening your quads and calves. Lunges are present in many other types of workouts as they are a very effective tool for building leg muscles.
The workout lasts for 25 minutes and is considered appropriate for intermediate yogis. There are no complex or extremely hard postures involved in this routine so the yogis who are looking for a good workout but without handstands or similar poses will find it appealing. If you are a complete beginner, you will find it too exhausting because the pace is pretty fast and the poses require a certain amount of strength and flexibility.
