Jiu Jitsu is an intense sport that requires a lot of stamina, strength, and balance. One can easily get injured due to all the grappling that takes place in an average Jiu Jitsu match. That's why this routine targets all the joints and muscles that are usually under a lot of pressure. Of course, even if you don't practice Jiu Jitsu, this routine is still a good choice for when you want a full-body workout and a good stretch.
You'll need some kind of a strap for this 40-minute workout so you can properly stretch your extremities and prepare yourself for the rest of the workout. This routine will mostly be suitable for intermediate yogis who already have some yoga experience. The poses are not too difficult so even some beginners could give it a try.
