Yoga Workout With Arm Balances

In this video, Lesley will show you a powerful yoga workout with arm balances that is certain to test your upper body strength and give you an awesome workout. This routine contains some difficult transitions and challenging arm balances, such as the Firefly pose (Titibasana) and the Peacock pose ( Mayerasana), so it's definitely not for the faint of heart.
Only advanced yogis should attempt this challenging workout because the aforementioned poses are pretty complex and require lots of practice. If you've never done them before, this is not the time to try them because Lesley assumes that you are already familiar with them. If you want to learn how to do them, find a video that focuses solely on them and explains exactly how they're done.
The routine lasts 42 minutes and has a rather fast pace. In combination with the difficult postures, this is one hard workout!
