In this video, you'll get to challenge your upper-body flexibility with Tim's upper back mobility test. This exercise is a great way to see in what condition is your back and what are the limits of your upper body when it comes to flexibility and range of movements.
The routine is suitable for all levels because it serves as a test and not a workout. So even if you are not able to do every posture, you'll still learn a lot because you'll know what do you need to improve. Tim slowly switches from one posture to another with detailed instructions about what muscles to engage at any given time. This makes it really easy to follow, even if you are a complete beginner.
The upper back mobility test lasts 16 minutes so it's not too exhausting and doesn't take too much of your time.
