When you're in the middle of the cycle, you hate the entire world. Everything annoys you, everything aches, and you don't feel like doing anything. Exercise is probably the last thing on your mind. But, what if there is a yoga for women that could help you with your problems?

Adriene created a yoga for PMS and cramps sequence which you can use before or during your cycle. Lasting just a bit over half an hour, this yoga routine will relieve your PMS, decrease the intensity of your cramps, and help you relax your mind.

This is a gentle, restorative yoga that won't exhaust you or make you work hard. It's meant to support you during your cycle and make connect your body and your mind. You can do it regardless of your level, even if you never practiced yoga before.

This yoga for cramps and PMS doesn't require any special props. Only a couple of pillows and a blanket.
