Yoga Routine For Strength And Balance
Type of Yoga
In this video, Tim will guide you through a tough yoga routine for strength and balance. This is a great routine for anyone who is looking for a challenging workout, but without the handstands, headstands, the Crow pose, and any other pose that is considered advanced and requires a great deal of experience and upper-body strength.
Since strength and balance are an important asset in every single sport, you can use this routine for cross-training as well.
The routine is suited for intermediate yogis who have lots of endurance and strength but are not quite ready for the yoga poses we've mentioned earlier. Beginners will probably find this routine too demanding because of the numerous complicated positions. Not to mention that the length of this fast-paced routine is 49 minutes, which could prove way too long for yogis who are not in a great shape.
