Pain in the lower back is something that many people have experienced. The older we get, the easier it gets to hurt our lower back. It mostly happens when we lift something with a wrong technique or something that's just too heavy for us. Sometimes, it happens for no apparent reason.
To aid you with this common problem, Adriene created a yoga for lower back pain as a way to heal your back and to prevent future injuries. Even if you never experienced a lower back pain, it's always a good idea to strengthen it and make your spine more flexible.
The routine is meant for anyone who has problems with their lower back, regardless of their yoga expertise. The movements are gentle and won't make you work too hard.
The exercise lasts for less than 15 minutes and should be repeated every day until your back are better. After that, you can do it as a preventive measure and combine it with some other yoga sequence.
