This yoga sequence is the second part of yoga for flexibility and it comes with more intense poses and stretches. It's mostly suited for intermediate yogis, although advanced yogis might find it interesting as well. Beginners should master the first part of yoga for flexibility before they try this one.
The routine lasts for 30 minutes and is designed to stretch every inch of your body, making it stronger and more flexible. It mostly relies on basic poses from hatha yoga and yin yoga, but with some modifications.
You might not be able to do some moves that Sarah performs or you won't be able to hold a certain pose as long as she does, but that's okay. With regular practice of this sequence, you will master it eventually. Just remember not to go over your abilities.
