If your PMS hits you hard every month, you could use some gentle stretching that's designed specifically to help you with the cramps. Yoga for menstrual pain is a great exercise that every woman will appreciate during her monthly cycle.
This is a gentle, Hatha yoga routine that is meant for all levels. Some exercises might be too difficult for you if you're not all that flexible, but those are rare and can be skipped or done just partially. The goal is to remain comfortable at all times and not force yourself above your limitations.
The sequence lasts for less than 15 minutes and can be done any time of the day. It requires very little effort and is great for when you don't feel like doing anything at all. No special props are required, except a yoga mat.
