Yoga for Abs

Yoga sequence for core strength is a tough vinyasa yoga routine that will work your abdominal muscles and your entire core. Tim created it with a specific goal to strengthen your upper body so you can be able to do some serious yoga routines that demand a strong core.

This sequence is suitable for intermediate and advanced yogis who have been doing yoga for a while. The video lasts for 26 minutes, with the first half that's pretty easy, even for complete beginners.

If you're a beginner, you might think that you can do this sequence with no problem since the first half consists mostly of Child's pose, Downward-Facing Dog and Warrior pose, which are basic yoga postures, but the second half will probably be unachievable for you since it includes side planks and even a headstand.
