In this video, Lesley will guide us through a challenging yoga routine for balance. This is a great routine to do when you want to focus on your stability while doing inversions, but don't worry, your stability is not the only thing that will be improved. Your whole body will benefit from this routine because it includes numerous poses that range from basic to advanced. It's almost impossible for any of your muscles not to be engaged.
The routine lasts 45 minutes and it's mostly suited for advanced yogis, but intermediate yogis could find this routine appealing as well, as long they know how to do a headstand and can follow Lesley's fast tempo. Alternatively, you could skip the headstand altogether and do everything else, but then you won't reaping the main benefit of this routine, which is improving your balance.
