Yoga for Core

In this video, Tim will guide you through a tough yoga routine for a strong core that will also open your shoulders and hips. It's a well rounded, full body workout that will strengthen your entire core and teach you some interesting hip openers and arm balances.

This routine lasts 56 minutes and is considered an advanced routine. This is not only due to its length, which is already enough of a challenge for many yoga practitioners, but also due to numerous demanding postures such as a handstand and various forms of planking. Even if you are an experienced yogi, you'll need to bring your A game to this routine because the postures are switched fast with very little time in between to recuperate.

The routine for a strong core comes with a short warm-up and cool-down segments so don't have to do any extra preparation. You will need a yoga block or something similar, though.

Let us know in the comments if you were able to do the entire routine without a problem!
