In this video, Tim will guide you through a tough vinyasa flow for strength and flexibility. This flow will give you a balanced workout that will engage your whole body, improve your physical abilities and open the doors for more advanced yoga routines.
The routine lasts 52 minutes, with a warm-up and cool-down sessions included. Feel free to do an extra warm-up routine if you want to start at a working temperature. Beginners will find this routine way too hard and exhausting, while advanced yogis will not find it challenging enough.
This routine will be interesting mostly to intermediate yogis who are able to do a 50-minute workout but are still not ready for complex poses, such as the headstand or handstand and are looking for a routine that has only the poses they are familiar with. Before you start the video, make sure you have two yoga blocks at hand.
