In this video, Tim will show you a challenging yoga routine for core strength that will improve your upper body physique, make you stronger, and firmer. The routine consists of numerous poses that will engage every muscle in your body from every direction imaginable which will give you a well-rounded workout.

The routine lasts for 44 minutes and is suited for advanced yogis who already have a sufficient upper-body strength and are able to do a handstand. It starts with a short warm-up, but soon, the tempo increases rapidly and Tim doesn't spend too much time explaining each pose. If you're not sure about your abilities, feel free to give it a try and see if you can follow Tim with ease. Total beginners should look for a more basic routine that thoroughly explains each pose.
