In this video, Tim will guide you through a tough yoga flow for abs that will make you feel the burn in your abdominal area and the entire core. Your core is engaged in practically every single yoga posture if the postures are done properly. This routine is designed to make you aware of your core and help you engage it in your usual routines.

This exercise is suitable for intermediate yogis that have already developed a fairly strong core and have sufficient strength. The video lasts for 52 minutes, so you better be prepared for it as your entire upper body strength will be put to a test.

The routine doesn't contain any complicated poses, but it does have a lot of planks, side planks. Of course, everyone is welcome to try this routine and see how far can they go. Even if you do only half of the video, you'll have a great workout.
