Yoga For Hip Flexors And Hamstrings
Type of Yoga
Yoga for hip flexors and hamstrings will appeal to anyone who is looking to strengthen their hips and hamstrings and improve the flexibility of their lower body.
The routine uses only basic poses, such as the Downward-Facing Dog, and is suited for beginners. However, not everyone will be strong or flexible enough to do the exact same thing Sarah does.
If you can't do a certain move, don't force it. Maintaining proper form and being aware of your breathing is more important than trying to copy Sarah's moves. If you practice yoga for hip flexors and hamstrings couple of times every week, you will soon be able to do this routine with ease.
You don't need any special props for this routine except a yoga mat. The entire exercise lasts for 16 minutes and could also be used as a warm-up session before some other activity.
