This yoga routine will give you a thorough, full body workout, and help you increase your strength and flexibility. No previous warming up is needed because this class includes a warm-up section, as well as a cool-down, so it's a complete package and you don't have to worry if you should include something extra or not.
This class lasts 45 minutes and it's suitable for intermediate yoga practitioners who are looking to get sweaty. It doesn't have any dangerous poses that require years of practice, but it's still challenging enough for a seasoned yogi. Lesley switches poses pretty fast, but as an intermediate yogi, you should be able to follow her with ease. Beside a yoga mat, no other props are required!
