Yoga Body Workout With Arm Balances And Headstands
Type of Yoga
In this video, Lesley will teach you how to make a proper transition from the Crow pose (Bakasana) to the Tripod pose (Mukta Hasta Sirsana). This is a yoga body workout with arm balances and headstands, which makes it suitable for advanced yogis only, and maybe for intermediate yogis who are familiar with the Crow pose.
This is a short but tough routine that lasts only 20 minutes. But it's 20 minutes full of complicated positions that require a lot of upper body strength and agility. The routine does start with a short warm-up, but if you prefer or absolutely need a more thorough warm-up, feel free to do some gentle routine right before this one. Also, if you are used to long cool-down periods, you can always add some gentle postures at the end of this routine to help you relax after all those tough poses.
