Celest created this yoga ab workout for everyone who wants to strengthen their core and make their abs more defined. Strengthening the core is included in most of the yoga routines, but this one is exclusively about the core.
The routine lasts for only 10 minutes, but prepare to feel the burn! It's mostly suited for intermediate yoga practitioners who already have a decent core strength, but beginners are welcomed to try as well.
This routine includes various forms of planks and side planks which you might not be able to do. If that's the case, you can always modify them to make them easier. But the exercise works best if it's done exactly the way Celest does it. If you're having troubles right from the start, those 10 minutes might feel like an hour. In that case, you might want to try an easier routine.
