Vinyasa yoga for strength and balance is a strenuous yoga routine that will work your entire body and elevate your heart rate. It's not the hardest yoga routine you'll come across, but most yogis will find it more than challenging. If you're into some other sport, like running or cycling, this routine is a great choice for cross-training.
The routine lasts 47 minutes, which includes a short warm-up and a nice post-workout stretch so you get the entire package. It's suited mostly for intermediate yogis who are able to withstand such a long routine and not mess up their form and proper alignment. There's no use in doing yoga if you struggle and barely make it out alive. It should be hard, but not to a point where it's no longer fun.
