In this video, you will learn one of the most popular yoga poses - the Triangle Pose or Trikonasana. Since it's so popular, it's used by numerous instructors who teach yoga classes.

Therefore, if you are planning to attend a yoga class, or you are already in one, it's a good idea to master this pose because you will most likely encounter it in your yoga class sooner or later.

The exercise lasts for less than 9 minutes and will work every muscle in your body, especially your core, back, and legs. You can also use it for stretching purposes as it really relaxes your body.

Trikonasana is perfectly achievable for beginners but more advanced yoga practitioners will find it interesting as well. However, complete beginners should be careful not to overdo it in their first try, as the Triangle Pose requires a certain amount of flexibility.
