To remedy this, Adriene has prepared a 20-minute travel yoga for stretching that works great for post-travel issues.The workout is adequate for all levels. Beginners can do it with ease, while more advanced yogis will also benefit from it. Everyone needs some guidance to recover from long trips.

The workout covers the entire body and stretches every single inch of it. Upper body is covered first, especially the side body area. The legs come after and receive the much-needed recuperation. If you're a tall person, you'll know what we're talking about.
