You know that horrible feeling when you've been sitting for a long period of time and you can't even feel your glutes? It's recommended that you never sit more than 45 minutes at a time, but when you're traveling by bus or airplane, you don't really have much choice, do you?

This booty stretch is a great way to remove the stiffness and soreness from your glutes. But, it's not only useful after a long period of sitting. This short yoga sequence will come in handy after a long hike as well, especially if you're an inexperienced hiker. After hours of hiking, your glutes could sure use some loving.

This exercise lasts for less than 3 minutes and is suited for absolute beginners. Since it's so short, you should really take advantage of its benefits and relax your glutes.
