In this video, Tim Senesi will show you a total body yoga workout that will work your whole body and give you a moderate exercise. You'll feel good and you won't get completely exhausted. A great choice for yogis looking for a nice vinyasa flow.
The routine lasts for 35 minutes, which is just the right length for yogis who are between a beginner and intermediate. Most of the poses won't be challenging for experienced yogis, but that depends on your flexibility and upper-body strength.
If you're a complete beginner, you could also give this routine a try, but you'll probably find the tempo too difficult to follow, especially if you don't know the poses all that well and time to properly position your hand and feet. Also, you probably won't be flexible enough to do some of the poses.
