If you're looking for a challenging total body yoga workout, this video will be perfect for you. Tim Senesi will show you a powerful yoga routine that will engage your entire body and give you a workout you will require all of your strength and flexibility.

This workout is suited for advanced yoga practitioners only, due to high intensity and complicated poses. The routine starts easy, just enough to warm you up, but then it becomes more and more challenging, with very little time to rest. You better know what you are doing because you won't have much time to adjust your posture.

Tim assumes that you are an experienced yogi and doesn't waste time on detailed explanations. If you're not sure if this video is for you, you can give it a try and see if you can do everything Tim does. Note that you'll be expected to do a headstand at one point, though.
