In this video, Tim will show you a strong vinyasa yoga flow that will stretch your entire body and improve your strength and flexibility. It's a great choice for yogis who specialize in vinyasa yoga and are looking for an intermediate routine that will be tough, but not impossible.
This yoga flow lasts for 36 minutes, which is just the right amount. It's not so long to completely exhaust you, but it's not too short to leave you wanting more. Most people should have no problem finding the time to do it at least 3 times a week.
The poses in this flow should be no problem for intermediate yoga practitioners, except maybe the headstand in the last quarter. Feel free to skip if you're not comfortable doing it. It will shorten your exercise for only 90 seconds so you'll still get a great workout.
