This video will show you a challenging vinyasa yoga routine that will put your endurance, strength, and flexibility to a test. If ever there ever was a complete vinyasa routine that covers virtually everything, this is the one. You probably won't be able to think of anything to add to it. Even a short warm-up and cool-down are included!
The routine lasts for 69 minutes, so you better make sure you are ready before you start it. Needless to say, this is for intermediate/advanced yogis only. To be able to complete such a long routine with countless planks and twists, and almost constant core engagement, you need lots of stamina and yoga experience.
It starts slowly, with a gentle stretch and a couple of easy poses, but it soon turns into a fast-paced marathon that you won't be able to follow unless you know what you are doing. There's no time for learning the ropes here. Only for a hard workout.
