Yoga for glutes is all about making your buttocks stronger and more firm. It's a great routine for anyone that wants to specifically target the glutes but doesn't have much time. The exercise lasts for less than 10 minutes, but it's very intense and meant for an intermediate level.
If you are up to it, Sarah recommends doing this exercise three times in a row to really feel the burn in your glutes. Do it two or three times a week, and results will definitely come.
Since this is a power yoga routine, expect a lot of sweating, especially if you repeat it once or twice. A non-slip yoga mat, a towel, and water are a must for this exercise.
