This is the advanced full body workout that will put the strength of your entire body to a test. Do not try this yoga routine for strength before you master the level 1 routine. This is an intermediate power yoga sequence that requires lots of strength and endurance, as well as the knowledge of certain poses.
The routine lasts for 30 minutes and has all the yoga postures that are present in the level 1 routine so you should be familiar with all of them if you already mastered the level 1. The only difference is that the holds last longer and the pace is more vigorous. You work the entire 30 minutes, with very little time to rest. A non-slip yoga mat is practically a necessity for this workout as there will be lots of sweating involved.
The goal is not to just go do the poses, but also to mind your breathing at all times and keep it calm even during the most difficult parts. Do this routine every other day to build strength and endurance.
