Yoga for chest and upper back is a restorative yoga routine designed by Sarah to help people release the tension in their upper body, especially chest and upper back. It's a great routine to do right before you go to bed so you can easily fall asleep.

The routine is very gentle and doesn't involve any complicated positions nor does it require any previous yoga experience. Its goal is to relax you, not to work you up or to teach you difficult positions. That's why it's suited for anyone who feels a tension in the upper body.

The routine lasts for 20 minutes and requires a yoga bolster, or a suitable replacement, and a blanket. Of course, a yoga mat should be used as well.
