In this video, you will learn some challenging positions, such as Baby Crow, Crow Pose, Side Crow, and Fallen Angel. This yoga routine, known as the Crow Flow, includes lots of arm balances and is suited for intermediate and advanced yogis. Beginners should not attempt to perform the poses in this video as they require lots of experience.

Even if you do consider yourself intermediate, know that you will need a lot of strength in your arms and wrists as they will need to support almost your entire weight. You should definitely warm up your wrists and your arms before you start with this sequence.

Every pose is thoroughly explained to so listen carefully to make sure that your posture is correct and your limbs in the right position. Don't forget breathing properly!
