In this video, Sarah will show you how to use yoga as a way to cool down your body after a long run, an exhausting, high-intensity training, or any other activity that left your muscles drained. Post-workout yoga is exactly what you need in this case as it will relax your muscles and give them some much-needed care. You need a cool-down anyway, so why not use yoga and all its benefits?
The routine lasts for 15 minutes and requires only a yoga mat. It would be good if it's a non-slip mat as you will probably still be sweating a lot from the workout. Post-workout yoga doesn't require any yoga experience so it's a good choice for anyone.
