There are many stretching sessions available, but why not incorporate some yoga into it and gain all the benefits of yoga while stretching your muscles? This post-workout stretch lasts less than 7 minutes and can be done anywhere.

All you need is something sturdy, like a kitchen sink or a bench with a back support. This routine will stretch your entire body, but a special care is given to your legs, so it works great after any aerobic activity.
