Various forms of planking are an irreplaceable part of almost any routine you can think of and you won't be able to successfully do a routine unless your plank pose is perfect. Planking is associated with numerous benefits for your body and it's a simple way to improve your upper-body strength and endurance. Only a couple of minutes of planking every day will do wonders for your physique.
Even though planking looks easy, if you've never done it before, and you're not in a great shape, it might surprise you how tough it actually is to stay in this pose for more than a minute or two.
