Morning Yoga

Morning yoga routine will help you start your day full of energy and without any stiffness. You can do it every morning, or alternate with some other yoga routine if you prefer.

This routine is designed to improve your flexibility. The more flexible you are, the less likely it is that you'll experience any stiffness after you wake up. Of course, flexibility comes in handy in many other areas as well.

Morning yoga routine is suited for all levels, but if you're a complete beginner, you might find some postures unachievable at the moment.Don't let this prevent you from practicing it. The routine is full of long holds and its pace is not too demanding, so you'll have plenty of time to do each posture without having to pause the video.

Whatever posture you can't do, just modify it a bit so it's easier to perform. In time, your flexibility will improve and you'll have no trouble doing everything Sarah does in this video.
