In this video, Tim will show you an invigorating morning yoga flow that will make you forget about the bed and prepare your body and your mind for the challenges ahead of you. This routine works best when it's done in the morning, but, of course, there's no reason for you not to do it any time of the day if you feel like it. After all, not everyone is a morning person.
The video lasts 23 minutes and it will most likely appeal to intermediate yogis who already have a decent yoga background and are looking for something more challenging than yoga routine for beginners. A part of this routine is a headstand, which is the only element that could prove difficult for many intermediate yogis. Feel free to skip it if you don't know how to do it.
