In this video, Tim will show you an invigorating morning yoga flow that will clear your mind, energize your body, and increase your productivity for the rest of the day. Even though Tim recommends doing this routine in the morning, you can do it whenever it suits your schedule.
This morning yoga flow will take only 30 minutes of your time. In return, you'll improve your balance by practicing standing poses, strengthen your core, and get a great workout. The routine is full of various forms of planking and core exercises that are sure to make your heart pumping.
