Breathing Exercise

This video will teach you a powerful breathing exercise that will fully energize your body and prepare you for the challenges of the day. This technique is part of a breathing practice called Pranayama.

The main goal of this exercise is to teach you to breathe properly and let your body get the most out of breathing. Too many people are taking breathing for granted and don't really pay attention to how they breathe. They breath is shallow and comes from the chest, instead of the diaphragm.

When you focus on your breathing and start paying attention to the way the oxygen is traveling through your body, you will notice the boost in your energy level. If we would be aware of our breathing all day, every day, we would have more energy, sleep better, and look better.

This breathing exercise lasts for around 14 minutes and can be performed every single day.
