In this video, Lesley will guide you through an intermediate vinyasa flow that will require you to engage all of your muscles and give you a full body workout. This yoga flow will is a great choice for yogis who are looking for a tough workout that will allow them to get rid of their negative energy and help them increase their strength and flexibility.
The video lasts 45 minutes and is suitable for intermediate and advanced yogis who have sufficient experience in vinyasa yoga and don't need too many instructions. Beginners should not be attempting this routine because the pace is pretty fast and there's simply not enough time for inexperienced yogis to try and figure out how to achieve a certain position. Also, because of the pace and the length, as a beginner, you probably won't have enough stamina to do the entire routine.
