Power yoga for legs is a yoga sequence that will strengthen all group muscles in your legs. From glutes, all the way down to calves, and everything in between. If your lower body is not as strong as you want it to be, this is a routine for you. It will not only allow you to eventually do more difficult yoga routines, it will also make you better at any aerobic activity.

This routine lasts for only 10 minutes, which could be enough if you are a complete beginner. In case you are looking for more, feel free to repeat it once or twice to get a really hard workout. Or you can pair it with some other power yoga sequence that targets the upper body.

All you need is a yoga mat and a towel, especially if you plan to do it more than once. Make sure you have a non-slip mat as there will probably be a lot of sweating involved.
