In this video, Lesley will show you a dynamic cardio yoga flow that will make your heart rate go of the charts and your muscles shaking from all the effort you'll be putting in this routine. Make sure your yoga mat is super absorbent because no matter how fit you are, you'll be sweating a lot.
This yoga flow lasts 38 minutes and it's meant only for advanced yogis who are looking for the most challenging routines they can find. The pace is incredibly fast and the routine consists of numerous inversions that will put your upper body strength and flexibility to a test.
If you want to avoid headstands for any reason, feel free to do so. You'll still get a great workout since the speed with which you will have to change positions is more than enough to fully exhaust you. And there are plenty of other positions that will give your muscles a hard time.
