In this video, Lesley will show you a lovely hatha yoga flow that will make your body stronger and more flexible. It will also increase the capacity of your lungs and help you control your breathing. Controlling your breath is an important ability for pretty much every activity there is. Whether it's running or weightlifting, controlled breath will improve your results and allow you go gain more from your workouts.
The routine lasts 46 minutes and will appeal to intermediate yogis who have mastered basic yoga routines and now want to go to the next level. There are no complex poses in this hatha yoga flow, so you don't have to worry about that, but the sheer length could be challenging for you if your stamina is not sufficient. The pace is not too fast, though, so you should be able to stay in control of your breath and not fall behind.
