In this video, Lesley will guide you through an easy, prenatal yoga class that will help you relax your mind and your body, as well as giving you a gentle workout, just enough to keep you in shape. Even when you are pregnant, it's still a good idea to practice a suitable yoga routine, such as this one, to keep your stress level low and to feel good about yourself.
This video lasts 35 minutes and is suitable for all pregnant women. However, since every pregnancy is unique, make sure to check with your doctor if it's okay to do this yoga routine. Depending on what trimester you are in, you might not be able to do some of the postures to the same extent as Lesley does them, or you might not be able to do them at all. That's perfectly fine. Just skip any pose that makes you uncomfortable, and don't go over your limits. You will still benefit from this class, even if you do skip some of the postures.
