Vinyasa Routine With Hip Openers
Type of Yoga
In this video, Lesley will guide you through a powerful vinyasa routine with hip openers. Even though it focuses on hips, this routine is actually a full body workout. After all, it's a fast-paced routine that lasts for 56 minutes, so it's almost impossible not to engage your entire body and strengthen every muscle there is!
This is a very challenging routine that Lesley classified suitable for intermediate yogis, but it's very possible that you will find this routine out of your league. If the length of almost 1 hour and a fast pace are not enough for you, there are some difficult poses involved as well, such as the handstand and headstand. If you don't know how to do them, feel free to skip them and don't try to force them. Lesley is moving fast and doesn't spend much time on explaining how to align yourself for these difficult poses.
