So, besides working on your abs, you'll be able to learn the arm balance pose, also known as the Crow pose. Even though the emphasis is on the abs, your entire body will get an awesome workout so this is a good choice for yogis that want a well-rounded exercise.
This routine is suitable for intermediate yogis who already have a decent upper body strength, but are still struggling with arm balances. In the beginning, the routine is focused solely on abs, but later it focuses on the Crow pose. Lesley will show you a couple of preparatory steps you can do before the Crow pose so your body can gain the necessary strength and balance that this pose requires. If you keep doing this routine regularly, it's only a matter of time before you'll be able to do a proper arm balance!
