Yoga for Core

Power yoga for the core contains all the postures that will work your entire torso, from shoulders to your hips. The front and the back. Having a strong core comes in handy, not just in yoga, but in other activities as well. Not to mention it makes your body firmer and more attractive, which is a nice bonus.

This routine lasts for less than 6 minutes, but don't think that it will be easy to finish it. You'll spend almost every second of this routine in a plank or in a side plank. The workout is suitable for all levels because even though it's hard, every exercise can be modified to be easier.

For example, the plank can be done with an assistance of your knees, and the side plank can be done by resting on your elbows instead of your hands. When you'll be able to do it without modifications, three times in a row, you'll know that your upper body has gain some serious strength and that you are on the right track.
