In this video, Sarah will show you a nice, gentle bedtime yoga routine for hips and lower back that's best done right before you go to bed. This yoga routine is meant to relax your mind and your body and enable you to have a more productive sleep.

Most of us go to bed with our minds cluttered with all sorts of important and unimportant information. That's especially the case if we spent a considerable amount of time on social networks or watched TV for hours.

That's why it's important to free your mind of all of it so you can fall asleep faster. Special care is given to hips and lower back since they usually need some attention if you've spent most of your day sitting. The routine is very easy and can be done by anyone. It lasts less than 20 minutes so don't miss out the opportunity for a good night's rest!
