It's a great routine for anyone who wants to get lost in their thoughts while getting a good exercise. You are even allowed to remove or add postures to this routine as you go. That's what free flow yoga is all about!

The routine is suitable for all levels as it contains only the most basic postures and has a very slow pace. It's a good starting point for any beginner, especially if you are interested in vinyasa yoga. If you're feeling stiff, and have the time, you can do a short warm-up routine before this, but it's not necessary. All you need is a yoga mat and you are ready to go!
